I had to kick off my Brazil posts by sharing my photos from Iguazu Falls with you. It was one of the most beautiful places that I have ever seen in my life. I felt like I was in NeverNever Land with rainbow arches here and there, hundreds of fluttering butterflies, lush green vegetation, and mist rising from the 275 waterfalls in the area.
The Iguazu Falls are taller than Niagara Falls, twice as wide, and spans over nearly two miles of the Iguazu River. These spectacular waterfalls are located on the border of the Brazilian state of ParanĂ¡ and the Argentine province of Misiones. We visited both the Argentinian side and Brazilian side of the waterfall during our trip. Both sides were spectacular but I preferred the Brazilian side that offered panoramic views that emphasized the grandness of these falls.

Back from Brazil
I'm officially home from our amazing trip to Brazil! Actually... I've been home for over a month now, but I'm finally getting back into the groove of things.
Now, I'm ready to share all of the wonderful sights I've seen and yummy food I've tasted.
