Craft is one of the great unlauded restaurant in LA. Service is always impeccable. They always hire the best chefs overqualified for a steak house. And the lil amuses? BEST part of the meal, which they serve even if you just come in for dessert & digestifs. No kidding.

We love going to the often empty bar late in the dinner service. That Shannon guy is doing a bang of a job.
